摘 要
从2005年7月21日起，我国放弃了盯住单一美元的做法，实行以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节和有管理的浮动汇率制度。同时，人民币开始向上升值。在汇率制度进行这项重大改革之后，人民币升值可能会对我国相关行业造成的影响一直就是社会讨论的热点。
本文通过对人民币升值的背景以及南通对外贸易的特点进行分析,阐述人民币升值对南通外贸企业的影响,寻找外贸企业的应对之策,旨在为南通外贸企业探寻应对人民币升值的策略，从而使外贸企业受到的负面影响降到最低。

Appreciation of the renminbi against the impact of foreign trade enterprises in Nantong and Countermeasures
Abstract
From July 21,2005 onwards,China gave up a single dollar peg,the practice is based on market supply and demand with reference to a basket of currencies and has managed floating exchange rate system.At the same time,the beginning of upward revaluation of the renminbi.At the exchange rate system in this major reform,the RMB revaluation may have in our country the impact of related industries has been a hot topic in society.
Based on the background of the appreciation of the renminbi as well as the characteristics of Nantong Foreign Trade and analysis on the revaluation of the RMB against the impact of foreign trade enterprises in Nantong,looking for foreign trade enterprises of countermeasures is designed to explore the foreign trade enterprises in Nantong revaluation of the RMB's strategy to deal with,so that foreign trade enterprises to minimize the negative impact.
