1.Dogs are loyal animals.They like to be part of the family and once they become a member,they seldom betray and leave.When you get back home,you would normally get the most passionate welcome ever from the pet dog and such passion will never fail.Dogs will ever ingore you or get angry with you no matter how harsh it has been treated.So dogs are called the best friend of people.
2.A dog around the house will provide protection by barking to tell you when strangers are coming.If a thief breaks into the house,a dog will even fight againt him.Give an example.（反方的观点:barking is noisy)
3.For other people animals encourage exercise,dogs especially.They need exercise once or twice a day.In fact,dog owners walk more often and longer than non-owners of the same age.And no one doubts the value of routine exercise.（反方观点：If the owner is busy and has no time to walk a dog,the dog could be troublesome.)
4.Some dogs can also be trained to do work for you; for example,farm dogs help with herding animals.Some dogs are trained to guide blind person.Besides,a dog obeys order.It can be easily trained to do the easy jobs such as "fetch a pair of shoes".(反方观点：Cats do the job of catching mice.)
