两个都可以,但由于后面有了个now做状语,所以用进行时态,如果没有的话,则可以选b

表示就现在出现不舒服的感觉,所以得赶紧去问医生.

最主要的是后面有个mow应当强调现在进行时！如果没有now

从语法上来讲,正因为是正感觉不舒服才会去看医生,要选A,从说法上,A比较常见哦,我很少见有不说A那种而说don't feel well的,这是我的看法.
