7月22日下战书2时，九龙坡区石坪桥某小区，许大妈正在昼寝，响起敲门声。一名年青男子站在门外，满头大汗，见到许大妈，他长舒一口吻：“??，我是斜对门16-2的小王，麻烦借电话接洽家人。”

许大妈所住的单元楼，每层有4家人，她对面前这名男青年没有一点印象，既然是邻居，许大妈便让男青年进屋，到客厅打座机。许大妈去厨房倒冰水走出来，男青年已打完电话，鸣谢离开。

下昼6时，许大妈儿子放工，发明书架上的3000元钱不见。这些钱中午刚取归，始终是许大妈一人在家，只有借电话的男邻居进过屋。

相似案件频发

作案都是统一人

许大妈立刻敲开16-2的门，家里只有一名独身女性，也不姓王。楼下保安告知许大妈，一名陌生男青年曾进小区，没待多久就分开，只说找亲戚。

许大妈跟家人到九龙坡区警方报警，民警一听就知她被骗，近日来，警方持续接到多少起类似报案，有人假冒邻居，敲开受害者房门入室行窃。

许大妈描写和前几名报警者一致：对方20岁出头，1.8米左右，圆脸，小平头,chanel replica watches，略胖。从作案伎俩和嫌疑人面貌上望，民警断定，这就是同一人所为。

一个月3次行窃

不一次失手

民警勘查了现场，终极锁定黄桷坪铁路三村落的陈某有重大嫌疑，并很快将其抓获。

陈某24岁，无业，他交代，一个月内，曾3次入室行窃，都是用同样的方式，冒充邻居，没有一次失手。涉案金额近万元，一次，他将偷来的价值上千元的数码相机，以30元出手。

陈某交代，他在一次行窃后，还将业主的小车开走，将里面的20余万元现金，拿到成都浪费一空。

目前，因涉嫌入室行窃，陈某被警方刑拘。

“借电话打，对方普通都不拒绝”

昨天，办案民警先容，陈某被捕后，曾向民警总结容易得手的起因。

民警：不怕对方认出来？

陈某：我只进小区行窃，现在住小区的不像以前的老楼房的邻居，通常情形下，都很少来往，碰面也只是打个召唤，正常都不熟。

民警：对方都让你入屋？

陈某：由于自称是街坊，只是借个电话打一打，对方个别都不好谢绝。

民警：如何行窃？

陈某：我绝量装得诚实，对方因为是在本人家，广泛没有防备心理。有的受害者还担忧自己站在旁边，我打电话不便利，还专门去别的房间躲避，为我实行盗窃供给了方便。

办案民警提示，不要随意给生疏人开门，假如无奈分辨此人身份虚实，可佯装问问，对方物业费交多少、小区的特色等，拐弯抹脚讯问，核查对方身份，另外，如果对方真需辅助，能够帮其找到物管、保安，或者拨打110。
