As you know, the Great Wall is a defensive project which is listed by United
Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in 1987 as one of the
world heritages.It was built 2000 years ago. It was rebuilt in Han and Ming dynasty.
Thousands of people died of this hard work. I wonder how the people built such
magnificent building. It blends together the ancients’ wisdom. I like to go to the
Great Wall in summer and autumn ,because the continuous mountains are covered
with colorful trees and wild flowers, pretty birds and flying butterflies can be seen
everywhere. The Great Wall is winding its way in the distance. It looks like a huge
dragon lying in the mountains.
