1）perpendicular 一般在使用时后面多数跟着介词 to,表达 "和XX" 垂直,或“构成直角”这样的描述

2）vertical 这个词,用来形容“垂直的”相对于 horizontal用来形容“水平的”.一般都是直接加在名词之前,比如下面句子中物理学所说的“垂直加速度”、“水平加速度”
