There are a numeber of reasons why private cars are gaining popularity in China.To start with, many people have become wealthy.They can afford to buy their own cars.Besides,with their living conditions improved,many people think that they should have more comfortable means of traveling .They are no longer satisfied with bicycles or motorcycles .Finally,new bank systems allow people to buy cars on installment.They can pay only a small amount of money for the car and pay the rest during the later years.Thus,more and more people have cars.
However,some problems still exist concerning private cars in China.One problem is the traffic jam .With so many cars being used, the streets have become very crowded. The number of accident has increased .Another problem is air pollution.Cars bring convenience to people but they also cause population.People are starting to complain of the smoke given off by cars.Fortunately,the local government has realized those problems and is trying its best to solve them.
