There are some people who think that the government should ont spend so much money on projects such as art galleries and sculptures.It is true that(一些雕塑没有任何意义,仅仅是表面功夫,体现地方的虚荣心.)and it is equally true that(一些不法官员容易从这些艺术工程中贪污受贿.)
however,it is commend view that the art make humanbeing develop.the art make people smart(艺术对人类的重要性,据一些意大利文艺复兴的日子啊 达芬奇 罗丹 的艺术品怎么怎么了人类的思想啊 没有艺术 不利于和谐社会的发展)
In my opinion ,if we can( 采取专家的意见 再合适的地方建造合适的 艺术品 可以提升人类的精神世界 让人们活得充实 加强工程监控 工程透明化 不给贪官贪污的机会...
so that (我们可以创建文明家园 和谐社会...) it benefits not only ourselves but our fellow-man as well.
