i wandering upon the journey of time这不是一句整话。最好是i am wandering upon the journey of time.还有wander upon也持保留态度，不知是不是能这么用。
and to find the following way，要是在句子里就不能那么用了，要把逗号和and去掉。不过你是翻译的诗，不用那么拘泥吧？
