In the QLQ-C15-PAL Chinese version of the scale and the parent table QLQ-C30 comparative study shows QLQ-C15-PAL as the QLQ-C30 scale down version,can explain QLQ-C30 scale and become applicable to palliative treatment of cancer patient's life measurement scales.This shows that the EORTC QLQ-C15-PAL scale in China with good reliability and validity,is a palliative treatment for patients with a reliable assessment tool.However,in this study there are some limitations in the selection of patients for entry to the groups of samples,in addition to outside must be met inclusion criteria were willing to participate in the investigation,but not all patients met inclusion criteria,to some extent disrupted random sex leading to selection bias,but this type of error is ethically inevitable,it KikukoMiyazaki et al study in Japan also mentioned [10].
