agree with ,agree on ,agree to的用法和区别如下：
1.agree with sb.\ what sb.said
(1) 同意某人的意见
eg.I don' t agree with you\ what you said.
But not all scientists agree with that theory.

(2) 与...相一致\相适应
eg.The food here doesn't agree with me.我吃不惯这儿的食物.

注：在正式文体中，有时可省略介词 on。如：

(2) 后接动名词，表示同意做某事。如：
