13)如果需要驳船/过驳,其费用由租家承担
14)理货:岸边/船边理货分别由租家/船东负责
15)由货物产生的税/费由租家/发货人承担,由船舶/船员/运费产生的费用由船东承担.

17)船长可在船到港时以电传/传真/电报的形式递交装卸准备就绪通知书,无论靠泊与否,无论在港与否,无论清关与否,无论是否有入港许可.
18)如果船到装货港时货物和相关文件备妥或者因为货物文件问题不能及时开始卸货,则装卸两港的延滞费率为15500美金每天.延滞费从船到港时开始起算,一直到货物/文件备妥可以装/卸货为止.延滞费在卸货完毕后,由船东按照相关文件给租家,在10天内解决.如果卸港没有卡车或卡车不足耽搁卸货,船东也要收取延滞费用.

24)船东不负责PHC费用.如果收货人没有在船舶到港前支付PHC而耽搁船舶靠泊,由此造成的时间损失计入延滞费
